A lovely branding project, vibrant, fun, and fully reflective of the personalities behind the brand

Class Recruitment is a long established agency specialising in recruitment to the nursery and early years sector. They recognised that their brand needed a refresh, and asked us to lead the way.

We simplified the name of the brand to what it was colloquially abbreviated to by its clients; from ‘Class Recruit’ to ‘Class’. And we wrote a new strapline to more succinctly define their niche: “Your early years staffing partner”. The language had to talk not of recruitment but partnership. The clientele – busy, highly pressured school operators – doesn’t stand for being sold to, but does appreciate a genuine, down-to-earth supplier relationship.

Similarly, Class are not about jobs per se, but staff. They do not fill roles but provide individuals – vetted, cross-checked and expertly matched individuals.
