Ellis James, working in collaboration with Pinch Point Communications, helped to design and launch Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust’s new strategy.

The Trust’s new CEO Mark Cubbon wanted to release a series of documentation and branded elements that would signify to hospital staff that it would not be business as usual, following a difficult Care Quality Commission review. They initially developed a 100 day plan, which included all of the hands-on communication with staff that the new CEO wanted to undertake.

This plan was followed by the official strategy document, which outlined the Trust’s new vision and values. Working in close collaboration with Pinch Point, we designed and laid-out the strategy document.

We then developed the vision and values that were introduced in the strategy document into a recognisable lockup that could be used as a sub-brand across the whole of the Trust.
